Join eXp Realty of Canada with me as your sponsor.
I'm Anil Biswal, REALTOR® at eXp Realty of Canada, Inc. (BC). If you've been hearing about eXp and want a direct conversation — no salesy webinar, no team commitment — start here.
What sponsorship actually means
"Sponsor" = the eXp agent who refers you in. There's no cost to you, no obligation, and you're not joining my team — you'd be a fully independent agent at eXp. The only thing being "sponsored" gives you is a person on the inside who answers your questions and helps you navigate the move.
If you join eXp through anyone — me or someone else — that sponsor becomes a small part of your revenue-share line forever. That's how eXp's referral economy works (50% of every commission eXp collects flows back to sponsors, 7 tiers deep). It's neutral to you; the difference is whether you actually get help from your sponsor or not.
Why pick me as the sponsor (specifically)
- I'm on the field, not behind a desk. Active REALTOR® writing offers, doing listing appointments, marketing properties, fielding client calls right now. When you have a question about a tricky contract clause or a hard pricing conversation, I've probably dealt with it this month — not five years ago.
- BC-based, current eXp Canada agent. Licensed REALTOR® at eXp Realty of Canada, Inc. in Surrey, BC. Same brokerage you'd be joining.
- Direct line, not a funnel. Your application here comes to my personal inbox. We'd jump on a 30-minute call, run the numbers for your situation (BC, AB, ON, your production level), and you decide.
- Sponsor only — fully independent agent. You'd be an independent eXp agent with full commission, full cap, full autonomy. You get eXp's full tech stack — your pick of CRM through eXp's CRM of Choice program (BoldTrail — the platform formerly known as kvCORE — Lofty, and others), eXp Workplace, IDX site, SkySlope transaction management, open-house app, and live training in eXp World. I sponsor you in; you run your business with the tools that fit you.
- I'll keep showing up. Onboarding takes ~3 weeks. I stay reachable through your first cap, your first ICON eligibility year, your first sponsorships. A sponsor who actually answers, because I'm in the same trenches.
Note on LNLT: LNLT is a separate commercial product I built — a Pan-Canadian Virtual Office Website + CRM + AI lead engine. It is not bundled with eXp sponsorship. If you're interested in licensing LNLT for your own practice, that's a separate conversation under its own commercial terms — happy to talk about it, but it's distinct from sponsorship and distinct from anything eXp provides.
What happens next
- You fill the form below — 2 minutes.

- 30-minute call: I run the numbers for your situation, answer everything, send you eXp's onboarding link if it's a fit.
- If you proceed, you complete eXp's standard agent application + provincial paperwork. Onboarding takes ~3 weeks. Your existing pipeline transfers cleanly.
- I stay your sponsor going forward — no extra steps.
How eXp works — the numbers
Verified May 24, 2026 against eXp Canada's official sources. Fees and percentages can change — always confirm current numbers with eXp directly before deciding.
Before the cap: on every deal, eXp keeps 20%, you keep 80%. The 20% accumulates toward your "cap." [1]
The cap: once eXp's 20% slice reaches CAD $16,000 in a year, the split ends. You keep 100% of every commission until your anniversary. After capping, eXp only takes CAD $285 per transaction. After CAD $5,700 in post-cap fees (~20 deals), that drops to CAD $75 per transaction. [2]
Monthly (BC agent, all-in):
- CAD $139 cloud brokerage fee
- + GST (5% in BC) ≈ $6.95
- + CAD $17 liability insurance (BC / AB)
- = ~CAD $162.95/month
Per transaction: CAD $29 broker review. No franchise fee, no royalty, no compulsory marketing levy.
One-time sign-up: CAD $199 (includes pro-rated first month).
One cap across provinces: if you're licensed in BC + AB (or BC, AB, ON), every deal counts toward the same single CAD $16,000 cap.
Revenue share: sponsor another agent into eXp and you earn a percentage of every commission they ever make, 7 levels deep, vesting for life as long as both stay active. [1]
